Create your own! Teppanyaki my way! For best results, steam your white rice a day ahead and refrigerate. Buy your meats of choice; I chose to go with Ribeye Steak and Large Shrimp, peeled and devined. As we all know Teppanyaki is mostly created with lobster, shrimp, scallops, steak, and filet mignon. Also of course your choice of veggies. Your meats should be seasoned and marinated at least 2-4 hours prior to cooking. To maximize flavor I marinate 24 hours ahead. Start with your dry seasonings and finish with marinade. A few of ingredients that are a must include: Sesame Ginger and Teriyaki 30 min marinade and also Toasted Sesame Oil to fry your veggies and cold white rice in.
